N.C. PORTS REORGANIZES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

N.C. PORTS REORGANIZES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT    The North Carolina State Ports Authority has reorganized its business development department, said Sarah Gaillard, deputy executive director, business development.
   Steve Haynes, director of commodity marketing and sales, will lead marketing and sales efforts targeting general cargo (bulk and breakbulk) for the ports of Morehead City and Wilmington. Other team members are Tom Guthrie as sales team leader, and Rita Boggs. Rex Edwards will also provide sales and marketing duties as director of operations and business development, Morehead City. Joyce Clendenin provides tariff and contract administrative support for the group.
   Gaillard continues to provide overall group leadership as well as direct container shipping line sales. Sheila Cox joins Gaillard as senior account representative-containers. Lisa Hager provides marketing research and analysis.
