National Air Cargo to serve Mideast/Europe lane    National Air Cargo said its airline subsidiary has added a stop in Hahn, Germany, on its weekly frequency from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, to its home base in Ypsilanti, Mich.
   National Airlines has been operating the DC8 flight from the Middle East since March. It expects to transport cargo such as garments, electronics, products and other time-sensitive goods to Hahn from Sharjah.
   The company, which operates three DC8s, is taking advantage of the growing sea-air transshipment trend in recent years as products are shipped from Asia by ocean and then transferred to aircraft at hubs such as Sharjah and Dubai for quicker transport to Europe.
   Last week National Airlines expanded its limited service to Afghanistan.
