NEODESIC, NTE FORM ALLIANCE
Neodesic Corp., operator of the FleetXchange.com trucking industry marketplace, and NTE Corp., a trucking transportation marketplace operator, have agreed to offer each other's services on their Web sites and to sell complementary services to ground transport companies in the United States.
FleetXchange.com users will be able to access NTE's online trading exchange to match carrier capacity needs with shipper requests.'
“This means thatFleetXchange.com members who use the Internet to solve fleet-related problems and leverage buying power, will also be able to improve their ability to sell ground transportation capacity, resulting potentially in higher additional revenues and profits,” the companies said.
