New board lands at TIACA    The International Air Cargo Association has announced its new board of directors.
   The newly elected members are:
   ‘ Issa Baluch, chairman of Swift Freight International and Air Cargo Trader.
   ‘ James R. Edgar, regional marketing director for Boeing Commercial Airplanes.
   ‘ Brad Eyster, director of industry affairs at UPS Airlines.
   ‘ Chris Leach, chairman of Air Charter Service.
   ‘ T. James Min II, vice president of international trade affairs compliance for DHL Express USA.
   ‘ James R. Muhs, vice president of FedEx Express.
   ‘ Shahari Sulaiman, managing director of MASkargo.
   ‘ Steve Prince, publisher of Air Cargo World.
   Recently, TIACA elected Ulrich Ogiermann, president and chief executive officer of Cargolux Airlines International, to chairman, and Michael Steen, chief marketing officer for Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, to vice chairman.
