New York terminals close because of snow    The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said all terminals would be closed Wednesday because of a snowstorm.
   The port is to reopen Thursday with normal gate hours. No queuing of trucks is allowed on marine terminal roads, the port authority said. It asked truckers to wait until the terminals open on Thursday before traveling to the port.
   In lieu of Wednesday’s closure, Port Newark Container Terminal and Maher Terminals, including Maher’s Empty Depot located at Columbia’s facility, are scheduled to be open on Martin Luther King Day. For hours of operation and any updates, please check the terminals’ Web sites.
   The port said the SeaLink Office and Truck Replacement Center would be closed Jan. 17.
