Next stage for Jaxport terminal construction set
With basic ground work completed at the site of the new Mitsui O.S.K. Line (MOL) terminal at the Port of Jacksonville, the 'vertical' stage of construction work is about to begin.
Jaxport spokesman Robert Peake said the next phase of construction work will begin in early January and will continue through most of 2007. The new terminal, which will be used for new MOL services from Asia and potentially other trade lanes, will be open for business in the first quarter of 2008.
