NOL adds two to board
NOL, the parent of container carrier APL, said it has added two Singapore business executives to its board of directors.
They are Tan Puay Chiang, former chairman of ExxonMobil (China) Investment Co; and Jeanette Wong, group executive responsible for the institutional banking group at DBS Bank.
Their appointments will be effective April 15, a day after the retirement of four current directors — James Connal Scotland Rankin, Robert Holland Jr., Tan Pheng Hock and Boon Swan Foo — at NOL's 2010 annual general meeting.
