Nordana extends partnership with Rickmers-Linie

Rickmers-Linie’s representative offices in China will support Nordana on marketing efforts throughout the country, along with coordinating documentation, including agency services through sub-agencies.

   Nordana selected Rickmers-Linie as its representative in China, which took effect March 17.
   Rickmers-Linie’s representative offices in China will support Nordana on marketing efforts throughout the country, along with coordinating documentation, including agency services through sub-agencies, Rickmers-Linie said.
   The agreement extended the two company’s existing partnership, which began in June 2015 when Rickmers (Japan) was appointed as the sole general agent of Nordana Project and Chartering in Japan.
   Based out of Denmark, Nordana owns and operates a fleet of approximately 25 breakbulk and heavy-lift multi-purpose tweendeck vessels. The company is comprised of its project division, which operates worldwide with chartered vessels and its own tonnage; and its liner division.
   Rickmers-Linie, which is based out of Hamburg, specializes in the maritime transport of breakbulk, heavy lift and project cargo.
