Norfolk Southern elects Moorman to board

Norfolk Southern elects Moorman to board    Norfolk Southern Corp. president Charles W. Moorman was elected Tuesday to the company’s board of directors with immediate effect.
   Moorman became president of Norfolk Southern on Oct. 1, 2004.
