North Pacific Steamship has named Barwil as agent for Hong Kong and mainland China. The carrier serves ports in Hong Kong and China by transshipment over Kobe and Osaka.
Since July, North Pacific Steamship has operated a twice-monthly liner service that calls at Osaka, Kobe and Nagoya in Japan and Everett, Wash., in the United States. The carrier relays cargo to and from inland points in the United States and Canada over Everett.
