Two flight crew members were killed, and the plane was destroyed upon impact less than a mile short of the runway. Runway 18 was being used because the main runway at the airport was closed for repairs.
The hearing will examine the pilot’s training, adherence to standard operating procedures and proficiency, human factors such as fatigue and communications, and UPS dispatch procedures.
The hearing will be held at the NTSB headquarters in Washington.
