NYK EXTENDS PACIFIC PEAK SEASON CHARGE TO END OF YEAR
NYK Line has decided to extend until Dec. 31 its peak season surcharge for shipments from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau to the United States and Canada.
The peak season surcharge has been in place since June 1.
For U.S.-bound cargoes, the surcharge is $225 per 20-foot container, $300 per standard 40-foot container, $340 per high-cube 40-foot container and $380 per 45-foot container.
