NYK INTRODUCES PEAK-SEASON SURCHARGE FROM CHINA TO MIDDLE EAST    NYK Line will introduce a peak-season surcharge of $50 per standard TEU and $100 per reefer TEU on shipments from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau to the Middle East, effective Dec. 15.
   The surcharge will apply until Feb. 15, NYK said.
