NYK Line president joins Panama Canal advisory board
The Panama Canal Authority (ACP) said Monday it has appointed NYK Line president Koji Miyahara to its advisory board.
'We need the best and the brightest to serve on our Advisory Board. Mr. Miyahara will advise ACP management and Board of Directors, and will serve as an important counselor as we move forward with Canal expansion,' said ACP administrator and CEO Alberto Alem'n Zubieta.
The members of the Advisory Board provide input to the ACP and its board of directors on issues related to the management and administration of the Canal, including finances, insurance, operations and long-term improvements.
