NYK spins off liner agency in Japan

NYK spins off liner agency in Japan

Nippon Yusen Kaisha Ltd. and its intra-Asian subsidiary Tokyo Senpaku Kaisha Ltd. (TSK) will spin off their sales agency activities in Japan in April.

The new agency, NYK Line Japan Ltd., will be located in Tokyo, with about 300 employees.

TSK will retain administration and operations functions for all domestic services, said a spokesman for NYK.
