The vessel, named Ocean Prometheus, will soon be put in service under an 18-year contract with Korea East-West Power Co. for the transport of coal from Australia to Dangjin, where EWP has a power station. It will be the largest coal carrier in the world to serve under a long-term contract, NYK said.
