NYK to buy PSA’s Belgium ro/ro terminals
The board of Japanese shipping group NYK today approved the takeover of the Belgian roll-on/roll-off terminals in Zeebrugge and Antwerp from global terminals operator PSA International. No financial details have been disclosed.
“After extended and fruitful negotiations with PSA, NYK will continue investing in Belgium, being one of the leading North European export and import corridors,” said Svein Steimler, managing director of NYK Line (Europe) RORO Ltd.
