Oceania VSA carriers alter service rotations

Oceania VSA carriers alter service rotations Hamburg Sud, Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk Line have changed the rotations on their joint West Coast North America/Australasia services, operating under the Oceania Vessel Sharing Agreement.
   The Pacific Southwest String (PSW) now departs from Los Angeles every Sunday and offers non-stop service to Melbourne in 17 days. The full rotation of the service is Los Angeles, Melbourne, Sydney, Tauranga, Suva (fortnightly), Papeete (fortnightly), Ensenada (fortnightly) and back to Los Angeles.
   The Pacific Northwest String (PNW) will from Dec. 22 call Oakland, Seattle (fortnightly), Vancouver (fortnightly), Los Angeles, Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Honolulu (monthly) and Oakland again.
   The Oceania VSA operates 13 vessels ranging from about 1,700 TEUs to 2,200 TEUs.
