OIA Global gains marketshare in Vietnam

OIA has purchased a majority stake in Vietnam-based TriMax JV, a 10-year partner of the company.    OIA Global has acquired a majority stake in its Vietnamese partner TriMAX JV, which has been working with OIA for the past 10 years, and has created OIA Global Vietnam.
   OIA officials said the acquisition is part of a long-term strategy to grow its customer and geographical bases.
   “OIA’s clients will now experience a single brand visibility through our operating system and an expanded service offering. OIA Global gains the benefit of a majority-owned company to enhance product development in our materials management and packaging optimization,” the firm’s chief executive officer, Charlie Hornecker, said in a statement.
