OIG Global enters European freight market
OIG Global Logistics has started operations in Europe with the opening of an office in Brussels.
The freight forwarder’s new office will be managed by Brennan T. Williams, a former U.S. military officer and international marketing manager for Evergreen Helicopters.
John Dauernheim, OIG Global’s chief operating officer, said the Brussels office will oversee both air and ocean cargo traffic to and from the United States, and seek business to non-American destinations.
“These ‘off-shore’ destinations are becoming a growing factor in OIA operations,” Dauernheim said. “We intend to pursue this business vigorously from our new Brussels facility.”
