ONLINE FULFILLMENT FIRM PFSWEB GETS LANCOME CONTRACT
Lancome USA, a subsidiary of the cosmetics group L’Oreal S.A. International, has named PFSweb as its logistics provider for fulfillment services for the Lancome web site at www.lancome.com.
Under the agreement, PFSweb will support Lancome’s catalog and e-commerce initiatives. This will include web order management, customer care, e-mail support, distribution services, reverse logistics, information exchange, account management, and real-time reports.
PFSweb will also provide selected special packaging services for all Lancome gift products.
Lancome’s on-line store has a catalog of skin care, body care, make up and fragrance products.
