OOCL orders four 4,500-TEU vessels from Samsung
Hong Kong-based Orient Overseas (International) Ltd., parent company of Orient Overseas Container Line, has ordered four 4,500-TEU vessels from Korean shipyard Samsung Heavy Industries, for a total $264 million.
The first three vessels are expected to be delivered in the second quarter of 2010 with the fourth scheduled for the following quarter.
