OPEN HARBOR OFFERS SERVICE TO ASSIST U.S. EXPORTERS    Open Harbor Inc. announced that it is offering “Intelligent Restricted Party Screening Service,” free-of-charge to help companies adhere to more stringent export compliance regulations.
