Open Harbor partners with Oracle to offer compliance software    Open Harbor, a provider of integrated trade software, has reported a partnership with Oracle, a provider of business software, to offer security and compliance applications for high tech and consumer packaged goods shippers.
   Open Harbor’s security and compliance software will be offered via a Web services platform to Oracle application users.
   “As goods move across borders, companies are dealing with a multitude of complex international trade laws that must be strictly adhered to,” said Beth Peterson, vice president of product solutions at Open Harbor.
   Open Harbor’s “central repository of real-time data on worldwide trade regulations ensures compliance with government regulations and protection from costly fines and shipment delays,” Peterson said.
