ORIENT EXPRESS LINES, CONCOR START DIRECT INDIA/MYANMAR SERVICE
Orient Express Lines, Container Corporation of India and Balaji Shipping (U.K.) Ltd. are starting a direct container service connecting India, Bangladesh and Myanmar.
Orient Express Lines provides the port-to-port service with a single-ship frequency of about 18 days, while Concor operates inland transportation in India. Traditionally, shipments between those countries are transshipped via a container hub in Southeast Asia.
