Osprey purchased land for Texas container facility

Osprey purchased land for Texas container facility    Osprey Terminals, an affiliate of container-on-barge transporter Osprey Line, has acquired a 19-acre tract of property on Cedar Bayou in the Cedar Crossing industrial development in Chambers County, Texas, to develop a container transloading facility.
   The Osprey Terminals facility, as authorized by a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit, is for multiple berths and improvements consistent with developing a full service container yard and marine operation. The facility will provide water access for the transportation of containers within the Osprey Line network and between other Gulf of Mexico and inland river marine facilities.
   Project completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2006.
