OTAL CHANGES AGENTS IN ABIDJAN    OT Africa Line has changed its shipping agency offices in Abidjan and appointed a new agent, SAGA, at San Pedro, the country's second-largest port.
   “The OTAL Ivoire team has transferred from our previous agency, SNM, and is headed by Jean Michel Silue, the lines' veteran agency director based in Abidjan,” said Paul Page OTAL's marketing manager. Jacques Baudelot remains OTAL's commercial manager.
   OTAL Ivoire provides all aspects of shipping and logistics services, including customs clearance and document processing, trucking, storage and warehousing, consolidation and stripping and project shipments.
   OTAL's multipurpose roll-on/roll-off vessels call at Abidjan ever 11 days and its container service calls every 10 days at San Pedro under inducement.
