OTAL PICKS LV SHIPPING AS AGENT IN TEESPORT, U.K.
OT Africa Line has appointed LV Shipping Ltd., a division of the Dutch freight forwarding group LV Holland, as OTAL’s agent for Teesport, in Great Britain.
Carina Bailey, who joined LV Shipping from OT Africa Line's operations in Teesport, which is near Middlesbrough, will manage the new agency.
LV Shipping’s venue in Teesport includes a high-security warehouse and a container stacking area with facilities for reefer and out-of-gauge cargoes. The port has seen increased traffic in petrochemical and steel cargoes in recent months.
