Geodis to become head of the Areva Group's nuclear power division.
As a result of his departure, Geodis has created a general management committee operating under Chairman and CEO Pierre Blayau to conduct operations.
Geodis agreed to pay 460 million euros ($590 million) for TNT Freight Management in November and the company said before March 15 it will make official a new organization structure “to better identify its objectives and above all to take full advantage of its newly consolidated position in the freight forwarding business.”
