Berglund was president of Stena Rederi AB of Sweden, which supports and coordinates the shipping activities of Stena AB.
Berglund, 42, will relocate to New York to oversee OSG’s crude transportation business unit. In this newly created position, he will be responsible for OSG’s Very Large Crude Carrier, Aframax and Panamax tanker operations.
