Pacer's quarterly operating income rose 3.1 percent to $37.1 million with revenue dropping 0.4 percent to $502 million.
For the year, Pacer's income rose 34 percent to $68.3 million, from $50.9 million posted in 2005. Annual operating income jumped 27 percent to $118.3 million after a revenue gain of 1.5 percent to $1.89 billion.
