Subject to Pacific CMA’s continued compliance with all applicable Amex initial listing requirements, the company’s common stock was expected to commence trading on the Amex under the symbol “PAM” on Friday (Dec. 5).
“This expected listing is consistent with our company’s goal to increase our overall presence in the U.S. markets and to maximize value for our stockholders,” said Alfred Lam, chairman of Pacific CMA.
