Pakistan eyes security at Peshawar terminals Pakistan security officials in the western border region of Peshawar have ordered the management of 16 area logistics terminals not to store NATO supplies overnight to avert terrorist attacks, Pakistan news outlets reported Thursday.
   The terminals have also been ordered to upgrade security during daytime hours to ensure the movement of ammunition, Humvee vehicles, armored personnel carriers, military trucks, food and fuel isn’t disrupted by attacks. Police in the region have suggested that terminals haven’t been using the significant amounts of revenue they’re receiving for storing the goods to effectively protect the cargo.
   Attacks on the terminals intensified in December, including in which militants torched more than 150 military vehicles.
