Panalpina launches 3 Asia/Rotterdam services
Panalpina said it has launched three direct less-than-containerload services from Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore to Rotterdam.
Panalpina said the new service will complement its existing services into Antwerp, and that customers will see time savings of two to four days if cargo is shipped directly to Rotterdam instead of being routed via its LCL hub in Antwerp.
Panalpina said the new services are part of its long-term strategy to grow business on key Asia trade lanes, especially on the Far East westbound, transpacific eastbound, intra-Asia, Asia to Latin America, and Asia to Middle East trades.
