The company, which has operated in Vietnam for 20 years with local partner Vinatrans, saw ocean freight volumes in the country increase 14 percent while air freight volume increased 24 percent between 2007 and 2008.
The company employs 70 people in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, also providing services at the port cities of Haiphong, Da Nang and Quinhon. In December, the company started wholly owned operations.
The new office in Ho Chi Minh City is located close to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
