Phoenix Logistics rents space

Phoenix Logistics rents space Phoenix Logistics, a third-party logistics firm, has leased a 204,000-square-foot warehoused from RREEF on Port Jersey Boulevard in Jersey City, N.J.
   RREEF is the real estate and infrastructure investment arm of Deutsche Bank that recently signed a deal to buy Maher Terminals.
   “Phoenix Logistics committed to 201 Port Jersey Blvd. because of its close proximity to the ports and its other existing locations,” said William Waxman, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, which represented RREEF.
   Phoenix Logistics plans to use the fully renovated building for warehouse and distribution purposes. Amenities include high ceilings, loading docks, office space, and sprinkler system.
