Pilot promotes Bullard to head logistics division

Pilot promotes Bullard to head logistics division Transportation and logistics provider Pilot has promoted Stephen Bullard to director of logistic services, the company said Wednesday.
   Bullard is now responsible for managing the company's new logistic services department, launched in November. His duties include developing key partnerships with warehousing, distribution, software, and specialty vendors, coordinating account sales, leading the department's project management teams, and supporting employee sales and logistics training.
   Bullard joined Pilot in 2002 as field operations manager, special services, where he coordinated Pilot’s home delivery service and special agent network.
