PLS Logistics opens new office in San Antonio

The logistics management services provider opened its 11th office in the United States in San Antonio, Texas.    PLS Logistics Services opened a new branch office in San Antonio, Texas yesterday to meet the needs of its expanding client base, the company said.
   The new branch office represents PLS’s 11th office in the United States and its third in Texas.
   The company expects the new office to create more than 200 jobs in the region over the next three years.
   “By adding new employees in San Antonio, we will be able to tap into strong sales talent and better support our shipping and carrier partners,” PLS Chairman, President and CEO Greg Burns said in a statement.
   Headquartered in Cranberry Township, Pa., PLS offers freight management, outsourced logistics and brokerage solutions across all modes.
