P&O, CMA-CGM ACQUIRE 80% STAKE IN EGIS PORTS SA
P&O Ports and CMA-CGM, in a 50-50 joint venture company, have acquired an 80-percent stake in Egis Ports SA, a major container terminal operator in France.
Egis has large operations in Le Havre, Marseille, and Fos.
