P&O NEDLLOYD PICKS CELARIX RATING SOFTWARE    P&O Nedlloyd has chosen the software-maker Celarix to provide a system to automate its contract, tariff and pricing activities on North American routes.
   Celarix will host a rate explorer application to perform all tariff and contract publishing activities.
   The system will be used to retrieve rates in rate tariffs and “calculable service contracts,” publish and file tariffs and service contracts, manage the price quotation process, and facilitate “auto-rating” of bookings and bills of lading for the Anglo-Dutch carrier.
   “Accurately rating the bill-of-lading the first time, every time, improves customer satisfaction and ultimately our cash collection cycles with the added internal benefit of higher productivity for our staff,” said Michael J. White, executive vice president of P&O Nedlloyd.
