Port Canaveral auctioning used office equipment
Port Canaveral is holding a silent auction Tuesday for office equipment from the old port authority offices at 200 George King Blvd.
The port moved into a new headquarters during February, leaving behind desks, chairs, bookcases, file cabinets, pictures, computer equipment, electronics and even a big-screen TV. Anyone can place written bids on the various items from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday. The port will notify winning bidders on Wednesday, and the items can be picked up 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday.
