Port Canaveral lands car carrier

Port Canaveral lands car carrier Port Canaveral said Wednesday that Eukor Car Carriers Inc. will start a regularly scheduled service later this month between Port Canaveral and the Caribbean islands.
   Eukor will export ro/ro cargo monthly from Canaveral to the Dominican Republic, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Barbados, Trinidad, Aruba, Curacao, Panama, and Haiti. The service is expected to be expanded later to add Korea.

   Eukor services the leading automotive and equipment operators, including Hyundai, Kia, Daimler Chrysler, Jaguar, Porsche, Volkswagen, Volvo, Saab, Land Rover, BMW, General Motors, Ford, Mazda, Suzuki, Caterpillar and John Deere.
