Port Canaveral names Brand to new post
Port Canaveral has promoted Lauren Kotas Brand, director of trade and cargo development, to the new position of senior director of business development.
“The current economic issues facing the industry are an opportunity to re-invent and re-energize our cargo effort. Lauren will drive that change,” said Stan Payne, the port's chief executive officer.
Brand will assist cargo terminal operators, supervise Foreign Trade Zone activity, and work directly with Payne on broader initiatives.
In addition, the port said Diane Denig has been promoted to assistant director of lease operations.
