Port of Le Havre box volume up 26.4%
During the first 10 months of this year, the Port of Le Havre surpassed its container volume for the whole of 2006 by handling 2.22 million TEUs, up 26.4 percent year-on-year.
For the year to date, the French Atlantic coast port handled a total of 65.4 million tons of cargo, a 6 percent rise from the same period last year.
