The port’s program of investment is 23.8 million euros ($32 million) and has been based on a total traffic volume estimate of 32.6 million tons.
The port rates for 2005 include a 1.4 percent average weighted increase applied to vessel-related harbor dues and a 1 percent average weighted increase to cargo-related harbor dues. Also, a 1.9 percent increase will be applied to handling equipment rates.
