Port of Philadelphia sees steady cargo rise

   In the first five months of the year, containers increased nearly 30
percent; breakbulk cargoes nearly 16 percent; ro/ro cargoes nearly 7
percent; and liquid bulk cargoes more than 5 percent, the port reported.
