Port of Tacoma promotes Mannelly to terminal planning manager
The Port of Tacoma has promoted Brian Mannelly to manager of terminal planning, in which he will help design future development options at the Washington State port.
Mannelly joined the port in 2005 as a planning specialist. He was previously employed in private engineering consulting by Boston, Mass.-based Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc.
