Port of Vancouver, Wash. resumes control of terminals
The port of Vancouver, Wash. has resumed control of marine operations at Terminal 3 and Terminal 2 Berth 1.
Marine Terminals Corp. (MTC) had held responsibility for operations at the primarily breakbulk handling terminals. Under the new agreement, effective Jan. 1, the port will retain MTC as a labor broker, supplying staff and equipment to perform the receiving and delivery operations at the terminals.
