Port of Vancouver, Wash. seeks permanent CEO

   Starting Oct. 1, the Pacific Northwest port will be accepting applications to replace outgoing CEO Todd Coleman, who stepped down in May.
   The port said it will leave the position open on its job center web page until 5 p.m. on Oct. 24 and expects to hire a permanent CEO some time in the first quarter of 2017.
