Portland port commission O.K.s purchase of 4th post-Panamax crane    The Port of Portland Commission has approved the order of a fourth $7.8-million post-Panamax container crane for the Terminal 6 container facility at their monthly meeting Wednesday.
   Chinese manufacturer Zhenhau Port Machinery Co., which delivered the port's third post-Panamax crane in May, will build the port's newest crane at its manufacturing facility in Shanghai. The crane should arrive in Portland in early 2008.
   The majority of funding for the fourth crane came from Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski's CONNECTOregon non-highway transportation infrastructure funding initiative. Kulongoski presented the port with a $7.5 million check for the crane in July and the port will pay for the remainder of the purchase price and additional installation costs from its general fund.
